Juliet, TN Role Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant with mental health experience to join our clinic on a part-time basis. This role involves a combination of direct patient care, administrative scheduling, and general clinic maintenance. Reports directly to clinic Provider/APRN.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patients undergoing Spravato treatments, including monitoring vitals, supporting providers with patient care, and completing accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Administer, process, and document results of urine drug screens (UDS). Manage patient scheduling and communications regarding laboratory tests and Spravato treatments. Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization, including vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and restocking restroom supplies. All other duties as assigned directly by the clinic's Providers/APRNs.
