Duties Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate provider calendars to optimize clinic flow Handle internal communication among staff, providers, and clients to ensure timely information exchange Perform data entry into electronic health records (EHR) systems with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with insurance third-party billing processes, including verifying coverage and submitting claims Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone and written correspondence Support revenue cycle management activities by tracking payments, claims status, and follow-up actions Maintain organized records of client documentation, medical terminology references, and billing information Requirements Prior administrative experience within healthcare settings is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance terminology Strong schedule management skills to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently Excellent internal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients Experience with electronic health records (EHR) management systems and data entry tasks Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services Ability to handle phone communication professionally and courteously Understanding of insurance billing procedures and revenue cycle management practices Strong writing skills for documentation, client correspondence, and report generation Typing speed that supports efficient data entry and record keeping Embark on a rewarding career that combines your administrative expertise with your passion for healthcare.
