Description:

Opportunities for A Better Tomorrow, a leading community mental health provider in Richmond, VA, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of QMHP. This position focuses on delivering services in our Mental Health Skill-Building and Crisis Stabilization programs.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-office services. Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes. Coordinate with other service providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements:

QMHP registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling. Experience working in a mental health setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours as needed.
