Medical Assistant/CNA (Behavioral Health) New Dawn Psychiatric Care Bellevue, WA Job Details Full-time $23.46 - $26.15 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Patient monitoring Filing Records management Attention to detail CNA Full Job Description New Dawn Psychiatric Care is an outpatient mental health clinic in Bellevue, Washington, helping patients with all mental health conditions with medication management, Spravato and TMS therapy. We are looking for a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team. If you have a positive attitude, are motivated to learn and grow with us, and are detail and patient oriented, we would love to have you join us. We currently have two full-time providers and more are joining later this year. Knowledge of TMS and Spravato treatments is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Optimizing patients' satisfaction and provider time by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and takes detailed messages as needed Assists patients in filling out insurance forms and other patient records Minimizes patients' stress by anticipating their anxieties, answering questions, and maintaining a calm and orderly environment in the reception area Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, scheduling equipment service and repairs, and overseeing the delivery of supplies Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies and solving problems Administration and monitoring of Spravato and TMS treatments as needed
Pay:
$23.46 - $26.15 per hour
