Luxury Residential Facility | Glendale, AZ Join a team that's changing lives. Desert Recovery Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to support clients with mental health and substance use challenges at our upscale Glendale residential facility. In this overnight role, you'll play a key part in implementing therapeutic interventions and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients—many of whom are on their journey toward healing and recovery. Under the guidance of our medical team and clinical psychologists, you'll provide direct support and help individuals build the coping, social, and daily living skills needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do:

Implement behavior intervention plans created by our clinical team Support clients with emotional regulation, communication, and daily routines Monitor and document client behavior and progress Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to provide consistent care

Who You Are:

Experienced:

At least 1 year in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment

Trained:

CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and BLS certification required

Credentialed:

Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Qualified:

High school diploma required; must meet AZ DHS age and scope-of-practice guidelines

Skilled:

Able to take vitals, use basic computer systems, and navigate electronic medical records

Compassionate:

Skilled in supporting individuals with trauma, co-occurring disorders, or

SMI Preferred Traits:
