The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and experienced in supporting clinical treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support client behavior, safety, and well-being. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Assist clinical staff with the implementation of individualized treatment plans. Facilitate therapeutic activities and support daily living skills.

Qualifications:

Valid Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Certification or equivalent experience as required by Arizona state standards. Must have valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Must have CPR and First Aid Must have CPI Certification Must have two Negative TB Skin tests within the last year. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries. Reliable transportation and ability to work in various facility or community settings in Phoenix. Other Certifications (Not Required but Recommended) Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Prevention Recognition and Reporting Tuberculosis Signs.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes.
