Full-Time Are you a compassionate and experienced Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a strong background in mental health and direct patient care? We are a leading mental health clinic specializing in innovative depression treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) therapy . We're seeking a reliable, patient-focused technician to join our team in delivering exceptional care with empathy, professionalism, and clinical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer TMS and/or Spravato treatments in accordance with physician protocols Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring patient comfort and proper setup Build rapport with patients and provide ongoing emotional support throughout their treatment journey Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and patient reactions during sessions Troubleshoot coil placement and system setup to ensure safe and effective treatments Administer and review psychiatric rating scales, guiding patients as needed Maintain accurate session notes, schedule appointments, and manage insurance authorizations using EMR systems Collaborate with psychiatrists and care coordinators across multiple clinic locations Assist with general clinic administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
(LVN, LPT, or
MA REQUIRED
) Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or mental health care required Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support patients with depression and anxiety Proficiency in EMR systems and medical scheduling software Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a mental health setting Why Join Us?
