Starting Pay:
$23 - $24/hour, plus shift differentials

We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story. As a Care Counselor, you'll play an integral role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while working alongside therapists, dietitians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to create a safe, compassionate, recovery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support client safety, emotional wellbeing, and daily recoveryfocused care Monitor client progress, behavioral observations, and documentation while communicating changes to the interdisciplinary care team Provide 1:1 support and assist clients during moments of distress or crisis Support meal and snack supervision as part of recoveryfocused treatment Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive healing environment Transport clients to approved appointments or outings as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required Behavioral health experience preferred Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Join us in helping people feel rooted, engaged, and respected as they find their path to recovery.
