No The Mental Health Technician Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.Required Certification/Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support) CNA (Nursing Assistant)- preferred Patient Care Technician

Required Education:
High School or Equivalent Associate's degree in related field- Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field
Preferred Required Experience:
6 months- Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field
