7:00 AM to 3:00

PM Swing:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM What you'll actually do Provide direct support and supervision for clients in residential care Hold a safe, structured, and genuinely welcoming environment for people in early recovery Run intake processes, drug screens, and routine safety checks Monitor client engagement in daily programming and adventure therapy outings Communicate clearly with clinical staff about client progress and concerns Handle office and operational support tasks Transport clients to appointments, activities, and outings around the island What you bring A genuine pull to help people recover, not just a job hunt At least 1 year in substance use, mental health, or a similar care setting (life experience considered case by case) High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain Comfort with basic tech (email, EMR, Google Drive) Stamina to stay on your feet through a full shift Familiarity with 12-step principles is a plus The ability to hold boundaries and stay professional, even when the work gets hard What We Offer $23-$28 per hour to start, depending on experience $1000.00 Sign - On Bonus ($250 after 30 days, $750 after 90 days) Health insurance with prescription coverage Paid time off A career ladder: paid certifications (Med-Tech, CSAC, and more) with raises as you earn them, plus clear paths into clinical and leadership roles.
