Overview Patient Safety Companion UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's -

Sioux City Downtown Hours:

PRN (as needed), 12 hour shifts

Schedule:

Rotating, Days 7am-7:30pm or Nights 7pm-7:30am Provides continuous observation and monitoring of patients at risk of self-harm, wandering, or injury to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and support delivery of care.
