Sioux City Downtown Hours:

PRN (as needed), 12 hour shifts

Schedule:

Rotating, Days 7am-7:30pm or Nights 7pm-7:30am Provides continuous observation and monitoring of patients at risk of self-harm, wandering, or injury to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and support delivery of care. Responsibilities Ensure patient's safety by providing a safe environment Assist patient with routine activities Coordinate care with appropriate hospital personnel Document implementation of safety protocols Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
