  • Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and career advancement We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.
What You'll Do Provide behavioral health services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, and community environments). Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician or BCBA, aligning with Section 65 Day Treatment services and Specialized Section 28 services. Assist with functional assessments, skill development, and data collection to support treatment goals. Teach and reinforce communication, social-emotional, academic engagement, and daily living skills. Support students in accessing their education by addressing behavioral, emotional, and regulatory needs. Collaborate closely with licensed clinicians, BCBAs, educators, and team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
