Could you be our next Mental Health Technician at Bryn Mawr Hospital? Various Shift Options Available! Full Time, 3 12-hour
Shifts Per Week:
Days (7AM-7PM) / Nights (7PM-7AM)
Weekends:
2 out of 4 Weekends - Days (7AM-7PM) / Nights (7PM-7AM)
Experience:
One year of psychiatric experience on an inpatient psychiatric unit or comparable experience preferred.
Education:
1. High school diploma or GED required. 2. BA in Psychology or equivalent degree preferred. Why work as a Mental Health Technician? Make an Impact! As a Mental Health Tech, you'll partner with Psych Nurses to assure safe and quality nursing care in accordance with approved policies, procedures and schedules. In our unit, you will assist patients with their daily living, take vital signs, observe patients behaviors, plan patient activities and/or support groups and respond to crisis situations in a timely, effective manner. You will be skilled in prevention strategies to avoid crisis and problems that arise for your patients. Develop and Grow Your Career!
