Job Description
Job Summary Krafted Care ABA is looking for a part-time BHT-ABA to work directly in the home and community settings in McAdoo for 10 hours per week in the early evenings. Krafted Care was founded on a straightforward belief: ABA therapy should be ethical, warm, and genuinely respectful — of the child in front of you, the family behind them, and the clinician delivering it. That belief is not a tagline. It is the reason this practice exists. No forcing kids into a program that doesn't fit them. We build treatment around each child's actual strengths and interests, and we expect the same intentionality from our staff. What you'll do: Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions directly with kids, following individualized treatment plans Collect data and document sessions same-day Work closely with your supervising BCBA — you're never doing this alone
