Job Description
Male Staff Needed Full-time & Part-time!! Interviews Starting this week! Must pass a background check! Liahona Treatment Center is known by educational consultants and other behavioral/mental health professionals as a premier residential treatment center for troubled boys . Excellent starting pay! Must be 18+
- Experience preferred but not required Youth Mentor
- provides the care and safety of our students. You will be responsible to assist in resolving student behavior problems through nonviolent intervention techniques. Youth Mentors Responsibilities
- Provide care, safety, and security for students
- Nonviolent Positive Control techniques
- Responsible to assist in the resolution of student behavior
- Transporting students if needed
- Submit required documentation
- Cleaning schedules
- Other required duties that may be assigned Youth Mentor Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school Diploma/GED
- Clearance of a background check and drug screening Youth Mentor Benefits
- Meals provided during shift
- Paid accrued vacation after the first year
