Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café. Manage cash register operations, including cashiering, basic math calculations, and cash handling procedures. Assist with food handling, food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed. Ensure timely order fulfillment by managing time effectively during busy periods to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for retail math calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
