  • $22.00 per hour based on education and experience PLUS+ generous additional pay of $2.00 to $4.00 per hour depending on the day and shift

  • Assisting with psycho-educational groups, physical activities, therapeutic and scholastic assignments and coaching pro social skills by modeling healthy relationship building skills. Empathy and Trauma Informed Care
  • Compassionate listening and re-directing negativity to ensure the resident feels safe which helps them towards healing past trauma. Modeling and Coaching
  • Working together in a collaborative environment with their peers helps promote pro-social skills and improves their self-esteem. Safety and Security
  • Consistent engagement and supervision of the residents is a priority that will ensure safety and provides much needed routines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS WILL INCLUDE
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required , in a human service field or working towards a degree; High school diploma or GED is
REQUIRED
(must be verified) 2 years of experience working with youth preferred, but not required Resiliency
  • being able to manage stress in a dynamic environment Consistency
  • being a dependable and consistent presence that our residents can count on Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass drug test and background check
FULL-TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Weekend Shift:
Friday & Saturday (6am-2pm), Sun & Monday (2pm-10pm) PLUS choose your 5th (8hr) shift + $4.00 per hr shift differential on Fri, Sat & Sun & $2.00 on
Monday Evening Shift:
Tuesday
  • Saturday (2pm-10pm) + $2.00 per hr shift differential Tues
  • Thurs and $4.

Friday and Saturday Pay:
