Students must be enrolled in a bona fide academic program requiring a clinical experience in order to be eligible to participate in educational activities at OMC. Students must complete an "Immunization Summary" and a "Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire," or their equivalents, before beginning an OMC-sponsored educational experience. Students must complete student orientation and sign off on the training which includes a confidentiality statement and an acknowledgement of HIPAA training. Student opportunities will require a valid Affiliation Agreement from a student's educational institution to be on file prior to beginning their educational experience.
