Job Description:

Prepares patients for procedures, assumes responsibility for patient needs during procedures. Performs all nuclear medicine procedures with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, adhering to the protocols outlined in the department procedure manual upon the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist.

Education:

Completion of Nuclear Medicine Technology

• Required Experience:

  Medical Imaging
• Nuclear Medicine

• Preferred Certifications/Licensures:

  BLS Basic Life Support
• American Heart Association
• Required CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• NMTCB
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and/or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Required CTNM-Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine Certificate (California State License issue by RHB) or Online state license verification from California RHB stating

15 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .
