Critical thinking Full Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Monarch Vital Care Medical Group Covina, CA About Us We are committed to providing exceptional outpatient surgical care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and service. We are seeking an experienced, dependable Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. Position Summary The CRNA will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. This individual will collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and the anesthesia team to ensure excellent patient outcomes and an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
- Monitor patients during recovery from anesthesia
- Respond appropriately to anesthesia-related emergencies
- Complete all required clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and surgical personnel
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Quad A, and facility policies Qualifications
- Current California CRNA license
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year of ambulatory surgery experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Surgical Experience
