Vituity seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across diverse surgical and procedural settings. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, developing and implementing anesthetic plans, administering regional and general anesthesia, monitoring patients intraoperatively, and managing post-anesthesia recovery. You will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff in a caring, team-oriented culture that values clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Continuously monitor and manage patients' hemodynamic and respiratory status intraoperatively Provide safe emergence and post-anesthesia care, including pain and nausea management Respond to perioperative emergencies and participate in resuscitation efforts Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes Document all aspects of anesthesia care in the EMR accurately and timely Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and adherence to clinical protocols Contribute to a caring, collaborative team culture aligned with Vituity's mission Required Skills Anesthesia administration Pre-anesthesia assessment Airway management Regional anesthesia techniques Hemodynamic monitoring Post-anesthesia care management Pharmacology of anesthetic agents Patient safety and crisis management Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Interdisciplinary team collaboration
