Job Description
Wellhart is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a 12-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Massachusetts. Starting on 01/05/2026, this role requires 24-hour in-house call coverage on Tuesdays from 7 AM to 7 AM. The CRNA will handle a variety of cases, including general, plastics, ortho, urology, gyn, endo, and healthy pediatrics (no OB). This position offers great autonomy for CRNAs, allowing for solo drug administration and patient induction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Epic EMR and possess an active Massachusetts license. There is potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

- Provide anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures
- Handle cases in general surgery, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatrics
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, including solo drug administration and patient induction
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient care management
- Adapt to the facility's protocols and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of care
