Concierge Health is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice medicine differently—with more time for patients, comprehensive treatment planning, prevention-focused care, and a sustainable work-life balance. Our approach goes beyond treating individual symptoms. We focus on the whole patient , combining concierge primary care with preventive medicine, weight and metabolic health, hormone therapy, lifestyle optimization, and aesthetics when appropriate. What You'll Do Provide personalized concierge and primary care Develop comprehensive, prevention-focused treatment plans Evaluate and manage weight and metabolic health Evaluate and manage hormone-related concerns and hormone therapy Review laboratory testing and identify opportunities for early intervention and disease-risk reduction Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions Provide preventive screenings and ongoing health optimization Counsel patients regarding nutrition, exercise, sleep, and sustainable lifestyle changes Provide appropriate aesthetic and wellness treatments Build long-term relationships with patients and monitor their progress Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate closely with our physician and clinical team Who We're Looking For Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Active Arizona license and prescribing authority as applicable Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills Primary care experience preferred Experience or strong interest in preventive medicine, medical weight management, hormone therapy, metabolic health, longevity, and aesthetics Comfortable developing comprehensive treatment plans rather than addressing one concern at a time Passionate about proactive, relationship-based medicine
