Time Schedule:
The clinic hours are 8:00 AM•Midnight, seven days a week; We are looking for someone who would be interested in working 4:00pm to Midnight•4 or 5 days per week. this will include occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
Compensation:
$60•80/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus + $15.00 Night Differential from 4pm•

Full-benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our team in Chandler, AZ . This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast‑paced, well‑supported urgent care environment. Our full‑time schedules are designed, so clinicians are off more days than they work. You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real‑time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low‑acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable) Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
