$65.00 - $75.00 per hour (10-15 hours/week expected) Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our small, private practice in Arcadia, California . Our clinic provides personalized, high-quality care in a supportive environment focused on adult medicine. You will work closely with a physician while also having the opportunity to manage patients independently. The position offers a light patient load (12-15 patients per day) , allowing time for meaningful patient interactions and quality care. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated practitioner interested in long-term growth and potential future ownership or leadership within the practice . Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans. Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Amazing Charts . Collaborate with an exclusive HMO contract (Regal Medical Group) . Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license with a focus in primary care. Prior experience in a private practice primary care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT coding, and documentation standards. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
