Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and loyal individual to join our team as a full-time staff Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to assess, advise, diagnose, and treat patients.
NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, OR ON-CALL!
Clinic hours are M, T, Th, 8:00am
•5:30pm; Wed and Fri, 8:00am
•2:00pm.

•chronic health conditions.
Description of Professional Duties:
The NP/APRN reviews intake forms, takes histories, and provides medical, orthopedic, and functional examinations, whereupon treatment plans are collaboratively developed for each patient. Procedures commonly performed by our NP/APRN include trigger point/myotendinous injections, joint injections, Regenerative/PRP injections, supervising our diabetes PIR (physiologic insulin resensitization) program, starting IVs, and other duties as each case may require. Other common services include allergy testing/ immunotherapy, labs, prescriptions, and DME/bracing. NP/APRN will additionally monitor patient progress by performing progress exams and documenting any changes to provider orders based upon patient health goals.

Active Nurse Practitioner License in
CO, DEA Number Experience:
2 years preferred, with knowledge in areas of Ortho/Neuro/PMR/Diabetes (preferred
•not required). For the right individual, we will train in any/all areas needed!
Pay:
$120,000.00
•$150,000.00 per year
