We are dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive and personalized approaches to obesity treatment, integrating nutrition planning, fitness, behavior therapy, and pharmacotherapy. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us in our mission to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight.Position:
Nurse Practitioner Type:
Full-time Responsibilities in four key areas:Nutrition Planning:
Collaborate with dietitians to create comprehensive nutrition plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals. Provide ongoing support and education on healthy eating habits.Fitness Integration:
Incorporate fitness and exercise recommendations into patient treatment plans. Work closely with patients to set realistic fitness goals and monitor progress.Behavior Therapy:
Implement behavior therapy techniques to address emotional and behavioral factors contributing to obesity. Provide support to help patients overcome challenges in their weight loss journey.Pharmacotherapy:
Prescribe medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, monitoring patient responses and adjusting medications as needed.Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in weight management, obesity treatment, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Job Type:
