Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at Innovative healthcare centers. The APP will provide patient assessments to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of care, diagnosis, and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Some Traveling within new castle required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain patient histories, and document findings. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. Provide preventive care, patient education, and health promotion. Provide minor surgical procedures and wound care. Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. Hourly bonuses are available for days when volume is high. Can accommodate a set schedule of weekly shifts.
