$90.00 - $97.00 an hour Position Summary The Columbus Organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding 1099 moonlighting opportunity in Wilminfton, Delaware. This role provides the unique chance to support youth within a secure residential environment by delivering high-quality psychiatric care, fostering emotional stability, and supporting their rehabilitation journey. The PMHNP will provide direct psychiatric services to adolescents in a structured treatment facility. Hours are flexible, with a preference for two days a week. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing mental health monitoring Provide medication evaluations and medication management Collaborate with residential facility leadership, clinical teams, and support staff Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches when working with youth Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements Minimum Qualifications Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active Delaware NP licensure (or ability to obtain) Prior experience working with child and adolescent populations strongly preferred Experience in residential, correctional, or behavioral health settings is a plus About The Columbus Organization The Columbus Organization is dedicated to supporting your professional success.
