Compensation:
$120,000 - $140,000Annual Salary Benefits:

Position Description You will serve as the primary care and rounding provider inside one skilled nursing facility in Milton, FL, managing a consistent panel of long term care and short stay rehab residents rather than traveling between buildings. This is a full time, in person position, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with no nights, no weekends and no on-call. You are employed by our provider network rather than the facility, so you do not report to the DON or the administrator, though you take part in patient care meetings.Qualifications:
Active Florida NP or PA license and DEA registration Board certification as an FNP, AGNP or AGACNP, or NCCPA certification for a PA Experience in skilled nursing, long term care or geriatric primary care preferred Comfortable managing a full resident panel independentlyResponsibilities:
