Per Year Description:
This role involves providing primary care services in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The position is full-time, located onsite in Milton, FL, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in) Board Certification Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified. Experience in primary care settings is preferred. Ability to assess patient health and perform physical examinations. Strong documentation and charting skills. Proficient in developing patient management plans. Experience in therapeutic procedures such as administering injections. Ability to provide patient counseling and wellness promotion.
