Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role includes diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions, promoting wellness, and serving as an educator and advocate for patients. You will be the primary provider for your scheduled patients and work closely with our care team to ensure continuity and excellence in care. We're looking for someone who values building long-term patient relationships and enjoys working in a team-oriented setting. We ask that you treat our patients like family and our staff like friends.
