4-5 Day Work Week, No Weekends, No On-Call Sookdeo Family Medicine is looking for an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care team. We are entering an exciting stage of growth as we prepare to move into our brand-new medical office building in Oakland, Florida, conveniently located near Florida's Turnpike and Highway 50 with easy access from Winter Garden, Clermont, Ocoee, Windermere, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to give providers the time, tools, and team support they need to truly connect with patients and provide thoughtful, high-quality care without feeling overwhelmed by unnecessary administrative burden. About the Role You'll provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care to adult patients across a wide range of needs, including chronic disease management, preventive care, annual physicals and wellness visits, acute and follow-up care, medication management, hormonal health, and weight management. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting to know their patients, helping them understand their health, and working with them to create realistic long-term plans that improve both health and quality of life. Our providers are supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team, along with Athenahealth EMR and AI-powered scribe technology designed to reduce documentation burden and help you spend more time focused on patient care. We also offer opportunities for providers who are interested in expanding their skills into aesthetic services and other cash-based services as the practice continues to grow.
