Locum Nurse Practitioner -
Urgent Care Location:
Fort Madison & Mount Pleasant, Iowa Job Type:
Full-Time Locum We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide coverage at two Urgent Care locations in Fort Madison and Mount Pleasant, Iowa. The provider will provide patient care in an urgent care setting and must have flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
Schedule:
Full-time, rotating schedule
Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM-7:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM-6:00
PM Sunday:
1:00 PM-5:00 PM Flexibility required within clinic operating hours Every other weekend availability required
Requirements :
Active Iowa Nurse Practitioner license DOT certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Mandatory Reporter training for both Child and Adult Ability to work a rotating schedule and every other weekend
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation and treatment for patients in an urgent care setting Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and injuries Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications as appropriate Provide patient education and follow-up recommendations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical staff to provide safe and efficient patient care Adhere to applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards Submit your resume to us today for consideration and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.
