Join a growing multispecialty clinic near Marshalltown, IA, delivering coordinated care across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, and Optometry. We seek a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based setting. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage treatment plans across clinic specialties Provide high-quality primary and specialty care consistent with scope of practice Coordinate care and consult with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Document clinical encounters and participate in quality improvement initiatives Compensation & benefits Competitive salary range: $90,000-$110,000, with potential performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Experience in family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, or related fields preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive, patient-focused practice.
