Non-ExemptPosition Summary The Nurse Practitioner coordinates the planning, implementation and on-going monitoring and evaluation of patients in a walk-in clinic setting under the supervision of a collaborating licensed physician. Responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, treating patient conditions, educating patients and family members about medical options, prescribing medications and treatments, and performing other duties to support patients. Assist in coordinating continuum of care, educate patients with no primary care provider on the importance of establishing a primary health care provider.
