00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Role The Ageless Center is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through exceptional care and personalized treatment plans. We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and relationship-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our London location. This position will primarily focus on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), pellet therapy, medical weight loss, and overall wellness while also supporting the continued growth of our aesthetic services. The ideal candidate enjoys educating patients, creating customized treatment plans, and building long-term relationships that improve patients' health, confidence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations for hormone replacement therapy, pellet therapy, weight loss, and wellness services Review patient medical history, lab work, and health goals to develop personalized treatment plans Perform hormone pellet insertions and oversee ongoing HRT treatment protocols Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, benefits, and long-term wellness plans Build strong patient relationships that support retention, follow-up care, referrals, and clinic growth Maintain accurate medical documentation, charting, and treatment records Support clinic marketing efforts through educational events, community outreach, social media participation, and patient engagement Requirements Active and unrestricted Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license DEA license (or ability to obtain) Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and pellet therapy preferred Experience with medical weight loss and GLP-1 therapies preferred Aesthetic medicine experience is a plus but not required Strong consultation and patient education skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Positive, professional, team-oriented mindset with a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and continued learning Results (KPIs) Appointment utilization goal of 80% or higher Patient retention rate goal of 80% or higher Consultation-to-treatment conversion goals Timely patient follow-up and ongoing treatment compliance Strong patient satisfaction, referrals, and positive reviews Accurate documentation, professionalism, and contribution to clinic growth and team culture Rewards (Pay & Benefits) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing professional development and training Access to advanced wellness and aesthetic treatments Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment Next Steps After submitting your application through Indeed, please complete our required pre-screening survey using the link below: Applications will not be fully considered until the survey has been completed.
