Job Description

  • Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on primary care .
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Manage and treat acute and chronic diseases and provide ongoing care for patients .
  • Utilize ICD-10 coding system to accurately document patient diagnoses and treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members as needed .
  • Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
  • Provide health coaching to support patients in achieving their healthcare goals.
  • Able to work within the scope of a Family Nurse Practitioner ```Experience```
  • Minimum of [1] year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting. However we will consider a new graduate.
  • Proficient in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing common medical conditions, and providing appropriate treatment plans.
