In this role, you will perform psychiatric evaluations, manage psychotropic medications, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse mental health conditions. You will collaborate closely with therapists and an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Provide medication management, monitoring efficacy, safety, and side effects. Document care thoroughly in the EHR, maintaining regulatory compliance. Engage patients and families in education and shared decision-making.
