Job Summary Maryland Medical Group is a physician-owned practice seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care to adult and geriatric patients in post-acute and long-term care settings throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Responsibilities:

Provide primary, post-acute, and long-term care to adult and geriatric patients Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform routine and follow-up patient evaluations Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) Active, unrestricted Maryland APRN license 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply Experience in SNF, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine is a plus Strong clinical, communication, time management, and organizational skills If you are a motivated Nurse Practitioner seeking a role with autonomy, flexibility, and strong support, we encourage you to apply today and join our team in delivering high-quality care to the community.

Pay:

$115,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
