Job Description

Star Choice Health is looking for skilled Physicians to work in sub-acute and long term care settings.

Position Highlights:

Create partnerships with facilities and provide effective communication at all times.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
Prescribe medications and other treatments, including psychopharmacology.
Perform evaluations on patients with changes in condition upon facilities request .
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies.
Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Document promptly all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
Attend to patients and their loved ones, providing information and education about preventive care, health promotion, and disease management as needed.
Coordinate schedules and patient needs through our Administrative office.
