The ideal candidate will possess experience in mental health assessment, medication management, and patient-centered care across diverse populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. This role offers opportunities to work in various clinical settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and telehealth platforms, utilizing advanced EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks. The successful applicant will work with behavioral health. The position emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services. Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and physical examinations across age groups. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for documentation of patient encounters, medical records management, therapy notes and compliance with HIPAA standards. Provide telehealth consultations leveraging telemedicine platforms with experience in telehealth systems. Assist in discharge planning, case management, utilization review, and coordination of post-acute care or home care services.
