09/17/2026 Job Description Job Description VPS is a group of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners serving our home-visiting division as well as our outpatient clinics throughout Michigan. VPS is a family-based company where employees work with the company, not for the company. VPS's goal is to become the primary care physician for all of our patients. VPS is looking for clinicians who will work with our company in these clinics to deliver quality, competent, and compassionate patient care. This role promotes and maintains health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician. We welcome new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities
