This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a collaborative primary care setting, diagnosing and treating acute conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and providing preventive care such as routine exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling. • Friday No nights, weekends, holidays or call responsibilities Pay and Benefits Salary range: $112,518.85
• $128,651.

12 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care Department Information CentraCare
