Nurse Practitioner — Wellness & Hormone Health Spicer / Willmar, MN | Full-time | Wellness & HRT focus | $55-75/hour + production upside | Relocation stipend available Glacial Lakes Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to grow the wellness side of our practice. This is a provider role with real ownership: you'll manage patients in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and preventive wellness, help shape how our programs run, and grow into a leadership position as the practice grows. The ideal candidate is a clinician who is drawn to hormone and wellness medicine and wants to practice it well: someone who reads labs closely, takes time with patients, and treats the whole person rather than the symptom. Aesthetics is part of what we do, but it's not the center of this role, and we'll train you on it. Position Nurse Practitioner (APRN) — Wellness & Hormone Health Location Willmar, Minnesota (Spicer/Willmar area) Schedule Full-time, 3/4 days per week (24-36 hours). No weekends. Compensation $55.00-$75.00/hour to start dependent on experience, plus production-based earnings. Relocation Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to the area Reports to Alexandra Malkuch, APRN — Owner & Clinical Director About Us Glacial Lakes Aesthetics & Wellness is a boutique medical spa in West Central Minnesota, led by Alexandra Malkuch, APRN, a double board-certified nurse practitioner. We're known for natural-looking aesthetic results and a wellness-first approach: hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and skin health programs that treat the root cause rather than the symptom. Our patients come to us for outcomes and stay because of the relationships, and our VIP Membership program has built a loyal base that keeps growing. What You'll Do Lead our hormone optimization program: consultations, comprehensive lab review, individualized treatment plans (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and related therapies), prescribing, and ongoing monitoring for both women and men. Manage patients in our medical weight loss program, including GLP-1 therapy: intake, prescribing, titration, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and follow-up. Build out the preventive wellness side of the practice over time: peptides, IV therapy, and other services that fit our patients and Minnesota scope. Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments as part of a well-rounded practice, including neuromodulators, microneedling, and PRX. Build lasting patient relationships. Educate, set realistic expectations, and recommend what's actually right for the patient, not what's on special. Maintain complete, timely documentation and informed consents in our EMR (Healthie), and practice within Minnesota APRN scope and our clinical protocols. Contribute to protocols, workflows, inventory, and the patient experience as the practice grows. Participate in GLA's social media presence: appear in short educational videos and Q&A content on hormone health, weight loss, and wellness topics; contribute before-and-after and patient-education content (with consent); and work with our marketing team on a regular cadence, typically a few pieces of content per month. Represent GLA in the community through events and local partnerships. Mentor and collaborate with RN injectors, aestheticians, and front-office staff as the team grows. What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Minnesota APRN license (or eligibility to obtain before start) and national board certification (FNP, AGNP, WHNP, or similar). Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility). Current BLS. At least one year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Experience in hormone replacement therapy, functional or integrative medicine, or medical weight management is strongly preferred. Aesthetic injection experience is a plus, not a requirement. A patient-first clinician who enjoys the detail of hormone medicine: interpreting labs, adjusting protocols, and educating patients on what their numbers mean. Comfortable in a small, fast-moving practice where you'll wear a few hats and have a say in how things work. Clear communicator who is comfortable on camera and in the community. Being a visible part of the practice is part of the role. Compensation & Benefits Base pay. $55.00-$75.00 per hour, dependent on experience Production-based earnings. After an initial ramp-up period, you'll earn production compensation on the services and programs you deliver. As your panel grows, so does your income. Relocation stipend. If you're moving to the area, we'll help with the cost. Stipend amount is based on distance and circumstances and is discussed during the offer process. Training & development. Training on our hormone and weight management protocols, hands-on aesthetic injectables training, and continuing education support for advanced certifications in hormone or functional medicine. Here's what that looks like: Provider (Year 1): Build your hormone and weight loss patient panel and complete training across all service lines. Clinical Director, Wellness (Year 2+): Lead the wellness program's clinical team and outcomes, with a leadership compensation structure tied to the program's performance. Timelines depend on you and the practice's growth, but the path is real and we'll put the milestones in writing.
