Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking, and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing integrative practice. In this role, you will lead comprehensive patient consultations, interpret advanced functional lab panels, and design customized health optimization protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Consultations Conduct thorough 30- to 60-minute initial intakes and follow-up consultations for root-cause medicine, weight loss, metabolic health, and hormone optimization. Interpret comprehensive and specialty lab panels Formulate and manage individualized treatment plans, including: Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

weight management and metabolic therapies Cellular peptides, targeted nutraceuticals, and IV nutrient therapies. Patient Education & Experience Educate patients on dietary, lifestyle, stress, and sleep modifications that support their clinical treatment plans. Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication regarding lab results and treatment adjustments through our patient portal. Foster high patient retention through relationship-based care and exceptional clinical outcomes. Operational Excellence & Collaboration Complete efficient, accurate, and timely EHR documentation following each encounter. Collaborate closely with our Nurses, Patient Care Coordinator, and Collaborating Physician to maintain seamless daily clinic flow. Participate in practice growth initiatives, clinical meetings, and continuing education.
Qualifications & Skills Licensure:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in
Missouri Experience:
Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience (Primary Care, Endocrinology, Integrative/Functional Medicine, or Med-Spa background preferred). Background or certification in Functional Medicine or BHRT is a huge plus (willing to train the right candidate).
Skills:
Strong foundational understanding of hormone balance, metabolic health, and gut health. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using modern EHR software, digital tools, and telemedicine platforms.
