Providers work independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care using established protocols and supported by a dedicated team and clinical leadership. Clinical duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education. Schedule involves three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends, no on-call, and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55-$70/hour, with additional incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and student loan assistance. Qualifications include North Carolina licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferably 1+ years of urgent care or primary care experience.
