A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is sought to join an established outpatient psychiatry clinic in Columbus, Nebraska. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment alongside a psychiatrist and multidisciplinary behavioral health team while providing comprehensive psychiatric care for patients of all ages.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Practice Highlights
Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and adults
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide medication management and therapeutic interventions
Collaborate closely with the psychiatrist and multidisciplinary care team
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic testing
Prescribe psychiatric medications
Provide patient and family education
Coordinate referrals to specialty and community resources as appropriate
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Deliver evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting

Qualifications
Master's, postgraduate, or doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program (CCNE or ACEN)
Current Nebraska APRN license or eligibility for licensure
ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
