Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes. Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the relevant state. Certification in functional or integrative medicine is preferred but not required. Proven experience in advanced practice nursing or physician assistant roles within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of medication prescribing practices and patient assessment techniques.
