Overview Aprés Beauty & Wellness is a boutique medspa known for personalized care, natural results, and an exceptional client experience. We're growing our wellness offerings and looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead hormone, peptide, and lab-guided care. You'll work closely with clients from their initial consultation through treatment and follow-up. We're looking for a provider who listens carefully, uses sound clinical judgment, and makes each client feel informed and supported. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations covering health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals Order and interpret appropriate hormone, thyroid, metabolic, nutrient, and related labs Develop and manage individualized hormone therapy plans for men and women Evaluate clients for peptide therapy and manage treatment when clinically appropriate Recommend supplements and vitamins when indicated Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans through ongoing follow-up Educate clients in clear, approachable language Maintain thorough, compliant documentation Requirements Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP or PA license NJ CDS and DEA registration, or ability to obtain them At least two years of hands-on experience with hormone therapy and peptide therapy Confidence interpreting labs and building individualized treatment plans Warm, polished communication and a commitment to excellent client care Functional or integrative medicine training or certification, such as IFM or A4M, and experience with medical weight loss or GLP-1 therapy are a plus.
